While vibing to music on the # 16, I realized the man next to me was also listening to Motown. We nodded our heads on the back of the bus to "try a little tenderness." I wondered if he too was pretending to be ducky from pretty in pink.

I saw a man die today. He flew head first off of his bike and into a tree. His belongings were scattered all over the road like children's toys And although he wasn't young I cant help but wonder if he belonged to someone, if he was rushing back to a house where someone was excited to see him-eagerly awaiting his arrival. I did not know his name and I imagine no one else around me did either. I saw a man die today. I think he belonged to someone.
